1. Return Policy


We accept returns under the following conditions:


Wrong Product Delivered


Damaged or Expired Product


Missing Items in the Order



Conditions for Return:


Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery


Product must be unused and in its original packaging


Photo or video proof of damage or issue is required for approval

2. Non-Returnable Items


For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:


Fresh food items


Opened or used products


Products marked “Non-returnable” on the product page

3. Refund Policy


Once your return is approved:


Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as Grooso Wallet credit, based on your preference


Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after verification



In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or UPI after collecting account details securely.

4. Cancellations


Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched


Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return after delivery if eligible
